In 2009 the National Spay/Neuter Tour, the ASPCA spayed or neutered more than 31,000 cats and dogs in New York Citys five boroughs alonedramatically decreasing the number of unwanted animals entering New York City shelters. We need more of the same all over the country. We can change things for our furry friends, if enough of us fight for them.
